I take the time to thoroughly inspect the home’s accessible systems and components, including crawl spaces, attics, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structure. Thermal imaging is included with residential inspections and used when appropriate, and drone technology may be used when conditions limit safe roof access.
